Sightseers 6 – the Southbank at night & the Fuji x100s

These pictures are from one of my first outings with a new Fuji x100s: I was interested in seeing how the camera coped with the low light of early evening and how the flash balanced with available light.

I think that it coped extremely well and resulted in some really interesting contrasts and relationships between the landscape and the photographers who were capturing the view.

These were jpegs shot at ISO 1600, the camera set to aperture priority, with the flash set to -2/3 and the exposure compensation knocked back by 1/3.
